Week 25

I apologize for being so bad and I know I am a month behind.

Here we are at week 25. Addison and I are growing :)

She is about 13 1/2 inches long and weight is almost 2 lbs.

Everything is still going great. I have had a few bad days but nothing to complain about.

Tomorrow, March 30, I have to go in and get a 2 hr glucose test done so lets pray I don't have the pregnancy diabetes.

Our next appt is April 17th then we start going every 2 weeks. I cannot believe how fast time is flying. She will be here before we know it.

Week 21

Sorry I have been so bad about putting this things up at the start of the week.

This week everything has gone great. I can feel the baby's kicks a lot stronger this week.

She is about 10 1/2 inches long about the length of a carrot and weighs about three quarters of a pound. (So why am I gaining so much weight??) :) HAHA

I will post some new pics soon I promise. Especially the 20 week ultra sound.

20 weeks - It's A GIRL!!

Well here we are at the half way mark. Our dr appt last week was amazing and we found out we will be having a little girl. (Addison Rae Uhler)

We had a Reveal the Sex party on Saturday, Feb 20 where a bunch of our family and friends came over and we revealed the sex by having pink filled cupcakes. It was so much fun!

This week our baby weights about 10 1/2 ounces and is about 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel. About the length of a banana.

I am feeling good other then a few headaches with this weather changing.

Week 17 and 18

Sorry guys for not posting at week 17. These weeks are just flying by so quickly. I hope it continues like this :)

Week 17:
Again this week went by smoothly our Dr. appt on January 28th went great. The Dr. said everything was perfect. We heard the baby's heartbeat AND we got to hear a big kick. It was pretty neat.

At week 17 the baby was about 5 inches long and weighed 5 ounces. It was the size of a Turnip.

Week 18:
As I sit here and type all I can think about is come on week 20. :) On February 23rd we go in for our long appointment where we get to have a 30min ultrasound, get all the measurements and find out what we are having. Whooo hooo

However, we really wont know what we are having until Feb 24th. I am going to have the dr put the sex of the baby in an envelope and we are going to have a reveal the sex party with most of our family and friends.

At week 18 our baby is the size of a bell pepper and is about 5 1/2 inches and weighs in a 7 ounces.

Week 16

I have had better weeks but all in all it has been great. I have been having really bad headaches however I have found that a little bit of caffeine has been my medicine since Tylenol does not help at all. I haven't ruled out if it is the crazy GA weather or if it is pregnancy. :)

Another symptom I have noticed this week is at night time my hands fall asleep every night. I read about it and it is very common in the 2nd trimester I just dont know why.

Other then that things are great. We go to see the Doctor on Thursday, January 28th for our 16th week checkup.

This week are baby is 4 1/2 inches long and it is the size of an avocado. I am told to be ready for a growth spurt. Within the next few week the baby will double in size. Get ready for the big belly :)

Here are some belly pictures from week 8 and week 14. I cannot believe the difference and how much bigger I looked in week 8. Must be all the bloating :)

Week 15

Not a whole lot new this week. Although I did wake up one morning and the baby bump seemed to have grown :)

This week the baby is the size of an Apple. (Whew it is getting big)

There seems to be times when I think I can feel the baby moving but I think it is in my head :)

This week the baby measures 4 inches long and is about 2 1/2 ounces. The legs are longer then the arms now and it is kicking and throwing its arms around all over the place.

I have found a new game that I love on the Wii "Just Dance" whew what a great workout. Not sure how much the baby likes me dancing though. HAHA

Week 14

Here we are at week 14. My clothes are no longer fitting at all but I am still continuing to feel amazing!!

We are well into the second trimester now and this week our baby is about the size of a lemon. From head to bottom it measures about 3 1/2 inches.

This weeks big developments is that the baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee and possibly suck their thumb.

I will make Jon take a picture of me this week and post so you can see my baby bump :)
